I was making dinner for one tonight and thought toasted sandwiches would be too boring. Solution? Pizza!
I didn't have any yeast but found a great recipe that had parmesan IN the dough! Throw on some home made pasta sauce, cheese, ham and home made salami then at the end drizzle a little home made olive oil over it, season with salt pepper and chili flakes and we're good.
Here it is:
Cons: I had no mushrooms or basil to add, they would have helped. It should have been a bit thinner but it was m first time making the dough.
Pros: It was still awesome! WAY more interesting than a toasted sandwich for dinner.
This was the wine. It was given to me a while back so thought I'd try it. Not the best match but it was there at the time.
was OK, giving it the title Best really set it up for failure.
